Martin's numbers

It's been a year since my analysis of restaurant scores and both Michelin and Gault Millau have published new editions with updated scores. The perfect oportunity for an update on my analysis! This is just a quick follow up, to get full context of what we're doing here I higly recomend reading my post on the original 2024 analysis first. The first thing I looked at was the average Gault Millau score of the three rating categories of Michelin and wether they changed a lot from last year. I would say they did not, at most there was a 0,15/20 point difference between averages. Leading me to conclude that there is a high consistancy over time regarding these averages. Afterwards I checked if there were some interesting outliers again. Many were the same restaurants from last year, since their scores didn't change on either rating system.  Those from last year that didn't reappear where mostly due to closures.
